Clip the carabiner to a throw bag rope and the rescuer has a line to you.

It can be used as a tow line from a boat as well as a 4.5 foot safety line.

The Extrication Line is meant to be used with a PFD with a Quick Release Belt.

It can also be attached to the DFO Belt.
