DBI/SALA LAD-SAF ®Flexible Cable Type Fall Arrest Ladder System

DBI/SALA offers a line of economical and easy to use ladder safety systems to meet your specific requirements.

Every system is engineered to your specific needs while meeting or exceeding the performance requirements of OSHA, ANSI and CSA standards. You are always assured of complete safety and security when climbing fixed ladders on poles, towers, tanks, etc.

The LAD-SAF flexible cable system consists of, a top and bottom bracket, that act as anchors for a steel cable which runs the length of the climbing area, required cable and non-metallic cable guides, all ordered by length needed.

Available in 3/8" galvanized or stainless steel cable. The LAD-SAF flexible cable systems are manufactured for standard fixed ladder units, wood and steel pole ladder units, angled leg towers ladder units and curved ladder units.

Features:

• Shock absorbing design for maximum structural integrity using an elasomeric impact attenuator to substantially reduce the forces imposed on the ladder structure.
• Built to last from corrosion resistant materials; the system is galvanized for a maintenance free life. For harsh environment complete stainless system is recommended.
• Non-metallic cable guides reduce cable wear, permitting you to ascend and descend unhindered. They also protect both the LAD-SAF system and the climbing structure.
• Easily to install with standard wrenches, the unique built in tensioner tells you precisely when the system is at the proper tension.

With the LAD-SAF safety sleeve Z3330 attached by a carabiner to the manufacture's recommend harness, ( Z2010D, Z3270D, or Z3521D ) prevents a fall by locking onto the cable.

It is attached or removed anywhere along the cable and automatically follows as you climb or descend.

NOTE : The installer and user must ensure the ladder meets all applicable provincial and federal standards.
