MSA Bosun Chair

The primary function of the MSA Bosun Chair is to serve as  a work postioning device. It provides comfort by relieving pressure on the sub pelvic area of the user and his or her full body harness. 

The padded aluminum seat ensures dependability and comfort and the adjustable web assembly ensures security. Designed to be used in conjunction with our full-body harnesses, the bosun chair, attached to the chest D-Ring, will keep the user in the upright position and provides the best method to sit suspended for long durations.

The Bosun Chair integrates with the harness with adjustable straps that pass through the side D-rings and attach at the chest ( sternum ) D-ring.

The Bosun Chair is not intender nor is designed to be used without other fall protection equipment.

Meets applicable OSHA and ANSI regulations.

NOTE : Federal and Provincial law requires the use of seperate harness and lifeline with suspension supports. The full body harness must include a dorsal D-ring for the connection with a independant lifeline and must incorporate a fall arrest sub system that will limit free fall distance. (Reference your federal or provincial standards for information on complinace issues)
