SMC Stainless Steel 6 Bar Brake Rack w/ Tie off Bar

The SMC Brake Rack frames are constructed of # 304 stainless steel .

This Rack consists of the following :

1- 6 Bar Stainless Steel Rack ( # 13002 )

1 - Top Stainless Steel Tie off bar ( # 12301 )

1- S.Steel Angled Bar w/ Grove ( # 12501 )

4- S.Steel Angled Bars ( # 12500 )

Welded eye on the rack frame is rated over 44 kN (10,000 lbf).  

The unique U-shape of the Stainless Steel Bars helps prevent the rope from being rigged on the wrong side.

The first bar is an oversized bar for the top bar positon on the SMC Brake Rack allows for quick and easy tie-offs that can be easily be untied. Hollow stainless steel bar with training groove.

The second angled bar w/ groove helps maintain the rope running centered during your descent.

Each eye weld is inspected for dye penetration before shipping.

Weight : Stainless Brake Rack frame w/s.steel bars: 710g.

NOTE: Stainless Steel Bars are "faster" (less friction) than aluminum. Aluminum Bars leave aluminum deposits on the rope and wear faster.
