Skedco has developed a spinal immobilizer for use with the SKED Stretcher, backboards, or other patient transfer devices.

The OSS-II will fit inside the rolled up SKED Stretcher inside the standard backpack/carrying case. Special features such as a shoulder board to prevent the compression of the shoulders in a semi-rigid stretcher, and straps to aid in the immobilization of the shoulders make this a great accessory for your SKED or anytime you need spinal immobilization.
